    旱雪滑梯主要核心部件仿雪毯是采用环保树脂PE（包装材料），经自动化生产线一次性注塑工艺成型的模拟滑雪材料。经过实践与改良，探索出如下图所示的草簇体结构，棒棒糖形状的仿雪毯，每平方米的仿雪毯规律分布10000个草簇体，每个草簇体8只棒棒糖围成一圈，棒棒糖的茎采用三角形背筋设计，增加抗压性和复弹性。
    仿雪毯宽度为1米，长度可根据需求定制，大面积铺装时，施工十分快捷简便。仿雪毯引起一次性一体成型工艺和独特的结构设计，使仿雪毯的寿命可以达到8年以上，并具有优异的耐磨、韧性、抗压、复弹、耐候、防火、透水等性能和良好的滑度。
